I Need YOUR Vote! 11/07/2008
So here is what happens. I get ideas for paintings...and I mean ALL the time...so, I get excited about the next painting idea. No matter what I am working on, I stop and go in a different direction and get started on the idea - after all, I don't want to forget it right?...then perhaps I will work on that for a while...then...I'll HAVE to start another idea. You get the idea. And so it goes and goes. 1. Jump Anatomy2. Keep it Clean3. Juarez Girls4. Well Worn Poem5. Pears6. Will it be France or Ireland? Fri, 07 Nov 2008 15:30:42 I vote for well worn poem....only because I felt likes it tonight...might feel differently tomorrow Kim Sat, 08 Nov 2008 03:34:30 I'd Like to see how they all turn out, but if I had to narrow it down, my two favs are Jump Anatomy and Keep It Clean. Now...I'd really like to see where they both go...but...My final choice is - Jump Anatomy. Nancy Lee Sat, 08 Nov 2008 08:39:23 Well Worn Poem gets my vote! I love it already. A close second is "Pulling Through" which I saw in progress at the Fountain Square Art Fair and lest your focus gets frazzled I think you shall finish this one too! AND it was great seeing you at Wug's last evening. Thanks for coming out and especially for making me laff. Rachel had a great show, I was so happy for her. See U soon. Lori Sat, 08 Nov 2008 10:43:58 I like them all, but must go with Well Worn Poem! stan Sat, 08 Nov 2008 11:09:41 I vote for "Pulling Through" #6. I like it and it captures the spirit of what you need to do . . . . STRINDBERG Mon, 10 Nov 2008 06:41:05 "keep it clean" all the way! Shanda Mon, 10 Nov 2008 11:50:39 Juarez Girls - it has come so far - Finish - Finish!!!! Nancy Leslie Mon, 10 Nov 2008 12:14:14 I have to go with #4. I love old jeans and poetry. What a great combination. Steve Mon, 10 Nov 2008 12:14:43 I think you should start another one - you only have 6 unfinished? Remember the quote (Mr. van Rijn, I think) "the unfinished sketch is always a potential masterpiece" you said once that "pulling through" might be done. Brooke Mon, 10 Nov 2008 12:53:15 I love well worn poem...or you could grow four more arms... Linda Mon, 10 Nov 2008 16:06:16 I vote for Jump Anatomy. Karen Tue, 11 Nov 2008 07:42:06 I think Pulling Through. Juarez Girls would be next, but it's at a "tedious stage" It's mostly done, but just those little fill in "thingys". It's hard for me to go back, I want to move on. I like Keep It Clean, also. When Marvin was working on the plumbing for the shower, the access panel is in my sewing room. It had 100 yr. old pipes plus some newer. Then where the room had been painted several times it had almost a frame around it. I took several shots of it. I may go back to it some day. Janet Tue, 11 Nov 2008 22:28:22 Ok, well I can think of a lot of reasons I would like to see all of them completed. But, I have to say, I think the one that holds the most possibility for a surprise ending is "Keep It Clean." So that one gets my vote! :-) Leave a Reply |
